Description:

This model is newly developed multi-function machine, which automatically unscrambles, fills and caps bottles. It is good for filling liquid and semi-liquid without gas. It automatically counts in-let bottles, conducts quantitative filling and delivers out-let bottles. Especially for SL, EC, SC, Edible oil, and lubrication, this machine is an idea choice for food stuff, pharmacy, cosmetic, fine chemical industries.

Applications:

1.This machine adopts PLC and touch screen control panel. It has advantages like easy to use, and when there’re bottles beneath the nozzles, it fills the bottles; when no bottle’s beneath the nozzles, it stops filling automatically.

2. This machine adopts the advanced technology of multi-functioning. If the filling specification is changed, you can achieve macro and micro adjustment of the filling volume of all 8 heads by alter the parameters on the touch screen.

3. It applies touch screen control panel, so to make the machine more reliable and convenient to use. The sensors we use, like photoelectric sensor and approach switch are of advanced sensors. They ensure the machine automatically stop and alarm when there was no bottle.

4. It applies screw bottle feeding positioning technology, which makes it more productive, and easy to use when changing specification.
